Melfort Campground

 
Looking for a quiet place to stay when you are in Melfort? Visit the Melfort Campground, located on the south end of Melfort on Highway # 41 close to the junction of Highway # 6. Operated by the City of Melfort, this quiet, well-treed campground features electric and non-electric sites, along with several pull through sites. A modern shower and washroom facility will allow you to refresh yourself during your stay.
 
The campground has an attendant during the summer months to look after the grounds and to provide assistance during your stay.   This facility is usually open in late May until the end of September (weather dependent).

St. Brieux Regional Park

 
St. Brieux Regional Park is the principal recreation attraction in the community of St. Brieux, located on Highway #368, 40 km southwest of Melfort. The park boasts of swimming and water sports; along with fishing for pike, walleye, perch and whitefish. It is situated less than one kilometer southwest of town and is equipped with showers, kitchenettes, electrical campsites and ball diamonds. The golf enthusiast can enjoy a beautiful nine-hole golf course with grass greens and clubhouse with licensed restaurant. Catering services are also available. The park is officially open from May to September.

Kipabiskau Regional Park


Located 50 km south of Melfort off Highway No. 6. Kipabiskau Lake is 2 km x 11 km and open May to September. Natural, beautifully treed location in the valley of the Barrier River. Kipabiskau provides excellent opportunities for boating, canoeing and fishing. Services available are picnicking, firewood, groceries and supplies, canoe and boat rentals.

Wapiti Valley Regional Park

 
Located just 29 miles north of Melfort on the banks of the Saskatchewan River and Codette Lake is Wapiti Valley Regional Park - a four-seasons resort complete with chair lift, downhill and cross country skiing, chalet and marina, houseboats and excellent fishing, picnic and camping areas.
