Bylaws
The Province of Saskatchewan has delegated authority to the City of Melfort to regulate certain civil and property matters. All bylaws are passed by Council and maintained by the Office of the City Clerk.
All persons making use of this consolidation of bylaws are reminded that this document has no legal status, that the amendments have been embodied only for the convenience or reference, and that the original bylaws should be consulted for all purposes of interpretation and application of the law.
